Shipping Methods We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (Royal Mail or Evri) - FREE
- Express Shipping - Additional charge applies at checkout
Processing Time All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of purchase (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days after dispatch
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the courier's schedule.
Shipping Locations We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at vyraluna26@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
International Orders We do not currently offer international shipping.

Processing & Production Time Our products are made-to-order using our trusted print-on-demand partner. Each item is custom-printed especially for you after your order is placed. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping Times
- UK orders: 2-4 business days after production
Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. We work with reliable carriers to ensure your items arrive safely.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

- Because each item is made specifically for you, we cannot expedite production time
- Orders cannot be modified once production has begun
